I did it! I did it! I did it! Thinking of you the entire way, with a song in my heart and the wind at my back - I finished the metric marathon:) I’ll admit, I started off kind of sad. Several people approached me about my shirt. Naturally, this was a painful reminder. However, I was able to channel this sadness into perseverance and finished in good time. As long as there is breath in my lungs you will never be forgotten. I ran this race for you.
